Had some personal issues really screw me up last week and tbh I don't even remember half the week at all!

I let myself down with my exercising and my diet but I am definitely BACK AT IT!

I'm going to start a new goal!

My Goal
I want to do one of my personally made workouts at least 5 days of the week so Monday - Friday and of course on top of that I'll do a program and some other workouts in between. Also I want to do my yoga routine at least 3 times a week, say Monday, Wednesday and Friday :)

I am also going to do weekly pics on Wednesdays so I can SEE my progress :)

Wish me luck guys! Any tips, advice or suggestions?

Goodluck to you!!! JUST PUSH HARDER and always think of the goal you'll be reaching! Because once you see results, it becomes an addiction. GIVING UP IS SIMPLY NOT AN OPTION haha! Lets go get our dream body!

Personal issues always happens,but no matter what..dnt let go,never back down..go for it!..you can do anything you want in life..just stay commited..u we'll reach your goal
