Tomorrow is a new day!
Had some personal issues really screw me up last week and tbh I don't even remember half the week at all!
I let myself down with my exercising and my diet but I am definitely BACK AT IT!
I'm going to start a new goal!
I want to do one of my personally made workouts at least 5 days of the week so Monday - Friday and of course on top of that I'll do a program and some other workouts in between. Also I want to do my yoga routine at least 3 times a week, say Monday, Wednesday and Friday :)
I am also going to do weekly pics on Wednesdays so I can SEE my progress :)
Wish me luck guys! Any tips, advice or suggestions?
