i'm just getting started, usually i don't eat very healthy but i'm trying to focus on that from now on :)

I think I don't eat very healthy. I eat meat three times a day and sweets every day, but I don't gain weight no matter how much I eat. The last two months I finally gained some weight/muscles, but It's still not enough. 🙍😼

How much protein are you intaking a day? I'm a health coach and help people gain lean muscle

I don't know but I have meat in every meal, so I think It's very much.

Be honest. Do you eat sweets or sometimes fast food?
or just fruits vegetables and proteins?
