Hi, I just joined this site. I started doing crossfit about 3 weeks ago & love the way I feel. I was wondering, how often should I do it? 3 times or 5 times a week.

Of course 5 times a week would be better, but when you feel more comfortable with 3 times then do three. It's more important to be motivated.
