Which one do you find better?
01 Nov
I prefer home workouts :-)

I think the gym is better.. you will be much more committed and motivated @ the same time... the surrounding atmosphere is motivating and will give you a strong push towards losing much weight or building your body or whatever you focusing on..

Home /park thats what I do. I think is all on you an your motivation .

Home, More privacy and zero judgment!

01 Nov
The only thing about working out at home is having a work out partner, other people to talk with and motivate you. Some times working out at home, you can start to judge yourself!

I enjoy both. I've done p90x, insanity & xfactor @home but i like the gym for a little strength motivation.

I do both, some feel like they are being judged in a gym and i used to but then i figured whatever, everyone is in here for a reason.

Gym. I workout better with the pressure that others might be watching. Also, there is the factor of plenty of eye candy in public gyms

Both plus outdoors. And outdoors is my favorite. Fresh air, sunlight and wind! I ride mtb, snowboard, wakeboard...all those are outside!

Snowboarding is the best workout

Not to mention is just fun

It's just fun. Damn right it is!! I see you're in canada. I was just with a colleague from Calgary earlier today and her resorts are alreay open! So jealous. We won't have decent snow in California until January (fingers crossed)!

Home mostly. I only go to the gym to swim laps. I've been considering a gym for the weights though. Doing bench presses with a weight that doesn't have a holder is a pain.

I work out at home for now until I lose about 30 more pounds then Ill work out at a co ed gym.....I feel like once I'm more comfortable with my skin...working out in front of men won't be a problem. That os a good motivation.

Home. Why pay for it when you can do it for free!

05 Nov
Because people may have certain areas they want to train which require equipment which is why I use planet fitness
05 Nov
A lot of my friends don't like planet fit no grunt. But have u ever heard of tge lark arlam? Most of them go to the y or 24hour fit

I love the gym. It is my 2nd home! But since I no longer live in a gated community with an inside gym and am too cheap to pay for one, I workout at home. Only body weight exercises too because where I live is not permanent so can't buy any weights (currently have 5 lb each weights but they feel like nothing. Am used to 25-30 pounders).

I like to do both gym and home work outs. I prefer working out at the gym so I can be around others trying to reach the same goals.

Home. I don't have anyone to go with me to the gym and teach me how to use all those fancy equipments. I get the same results at home at the gym and I save that extra $$ in my pocket for a treat to myself. This App is all the personal trainer I need. Love it!

02 Nov
I do both. Even visit parks and do a few band or dumbbell sets. My fave home cardio are Chalene Johnsons products: TurboFire and I just began her Chalean Xtreme!

I workout at home because I have 2 young kids and the gyms around me are expensive, don't have childcare, and aren't open late when my kids are in bedSo for about the price of a couple months in the gym, I bought some used equipment and workout in my garageNo more excuses!

Gym equipment is garbage at the apartment gym so I just use the space and my body weight, mirror helps me keep form correct.
