Try low-fat milk with honey. Don't increase ur weight by adding FAT

Not sure why you think sugar is better than fat.... I'm not making a point here besides I'm not a nutritionist but sugar or fat calories both just seem like kind of useless calories that aren't protein, which is what most ppl use to gain muscle. Why would honey be better than fat?

Everyone is different but most people try to eat more lean foods with high in protein ..if you are talking about gaining muscle and not just weight gain
