Seems like almost everyone on here is trying to loose weight. How's about properly gaining weight.... any tips?

Eat many proteins and work out to gain muscles. You should always eat enough carbs or you loose muscles. I've tried before to gain weight by eating much fat, but it didn't work. The last two months I gained 7 kilos muscles. I'm sure you can do that too.
A lot of whey protein with milk should help you.
Load the lean protein.... I've helped guys gain 10-20 pounds of lean muscle
