Lately I've been really tired, and I don't workout since a long time. I think I need a bit more motivation, and maybe some of you too. I think maybe all together can make it

Its normal to feel lack of,sometime and you dnt want to do anything..but bear in mind ur goals,the you,you always wanted to be..and get ip and train can do it

Na,they are days im sad or tired because of lectures..but I have to workouy..its for my health,for I workout:) get better after

Find a reason. Commit to it. Dont come out the gate swinging,start small and gradually work your way up. If you fall down pick yourself up and keep going. Thats where your followers come into the picture. Extra motivation.

No worries!! Mark "today need to do workouts" this any where on ur room wher u c most.

Falling down s to get up! So don't feel ur tired it means u need to be active for that u need a work out!

Feel workout s ur lifestyle! Without pain no gain!!!  Hit the pain to feel the gain.
