I want to do a challenge to help lose this stubborn mama stomach. I've have 2babies in 2years.

DAY1: 5 crunches
5 leg raises
10 sec. Plank
DAY2: 8 CRUNCHES
8 leg raises
12 sec plank
DAY3: 10 crunches
10 leg raises
15 sec plank
DAY4: REST

DAY5: 12 crunches
12 leg raises
20 sec plank
DAY6: 15 crunches
15 leg raises
25 sec plank
DAY7: 20 cruches
20 leg raises
30 sec plank

Let me know when you are ready for the rest of the plan. GOOD LUCK!!!

I want my tummy to be tighter so my boyfriend will be excited, I think I'll try this challenge, it's like I don't have motivations UNLESS I'm being challenged!
