I JUST HATE A NEGATIVE BEING. THEY DO NOTHING BUT BRING YOU DOWN. THAT'S WHY I STOPPED EXERCISING FOR SO LONG, BUT I WILL NOT ALLOW IT TO KEEP ME DOWN. I HAVE 30DAYS TO COMPLETE MY ABS SO TIGHTLY RIGHT 24DAY CHALLENGE.

You can do it!!!  You have to want it for you or in spite of them ;)  The days you feel like NOT going are the days you usually have your best workout.  Keep it up !!!!!

Try not to rush things, bodily change takes a consistently good diet and time for your body to adjust and improve. All you have to do is be hapy that you are are going in the right direction and the self improvement will do wonders for you. Don't worry about what anyone else is doing or how they are compared to you, listen to your body and develop what works for you.
