What makes you happy, what keeps you happy, and if your not happy what put you in a place that could make you happy?
I just realized that I was, and still am a bit, depressed. I would eat to what i thought was only filling my stomach, when in fact I was mostly feeding my emotions. I cut that crap out. I started working out (today) and I already feel better about myself. The thought of being one step closer to the healthier me I want to be, makes me happy. Not only will I be able to fit into the jeans, tops, and dresses I love but I will be around a lot longer for my toddler.
Working out, drawing, and video games. :) when I used to be depressed instead of eating I'd work my self out harder. Working out always seemed to cheer me up the most.
