I've got mono... What do I do now?

Turns out I have mono, which is a sickness that can keep you out for months at a time. You cannot lift weights or anything heavy because it can rupture your spleen. Anybody have experience with this? Can I still workout like pushups and stuff like that? I don't want to sit at home all day and watch Netflix for 2 months.

Best is to ask your doctor. We cant see ur conditions. And i highly doubt there are lots of ppl on the app with experiece. Goodluck though, it sounds like a bad thing to have.

You got the kissing disease ur best bet is to relax, take a long walk here and there!!!! Good luck!

Hey sweetie! Sorry to hear that you have mono. DO NOT overwork yourself. Take it easy and give yourself a chance to heal. Eat healthy and DON'T do push ups. This can be just as bad as lifting weights. Try something relaxing and healing like yoga or a stroll I'm the park until you heal.

Sorry to hear about the illness.  Just eat well and keep it light.  In the long run you will be able to stay in shape
