Turns out I have mono, which is a sickness that can keep you out for months at a time. You cannot lift weights or anything heavy because it can rupture your spleen. Anybody have experience with this? Can I still workout like pushups and stuff like that? I don't want to sit at home all day and watch Netflix for 2 months.
