A lot of people struggle with sticking with working out and I think the biggest reason is the majority look at it as a hobby but it really needs to be a habit like brushing your teeth or taking a shower. Growing up you were made to do those things daily until it became a habbit. Well your workouts need to be the same way. Make yourself do it and eventually you won't have to make yourself or even really think about it you will just to it OUT OF HABIT. Hope this helps good luck.
