Im new and im hoping this apop will help and motivate me i am 15 and lately ive been gaining weight im determined to loose it. Any advice to help? Any good snacks or things i need to stay away from?

Try to workout at least 30minutes per day. Thats how i started :) and also eat 5-6 small meals to increase your metabolism. Healthy foods though.. More veggies and fruits :) hope it helps!

Stay away from sugar and high fructose corn syrup... and avoid liquid calories. (like soda, juice, coffee drinks...)
