Does anyone else plan out their week in workouts? Seems to help me stay on track.

I do! I set minimum goals for a week and I set the days that I will be working out too

I do, have them on my phone calendar which is sync'd to my email with reminders. I have to keep it in sight or else it will be out of mind :-)

I do. I try and do my workout as soon as I get up so I plan a week ahead so I can target different things to work on
