For anyone who likes to keep up with latest and greatest findings: a recent worldwide longitudinal study (1976-2012)was published to further prove that the benefits of exercise are more than just physical. The more physically active you are the happier you'll be even a brisk walk 20 min a day will prevent onset of, depression...who would've guessed...so guys what keeps your spirits up?
