Weighed myself today...

53.5kg :O

Oops lost a tad too much lol

Hey gives me room to add muscle mass!

Anyone else brave enough to share their weight or how much they have lost/gained?

Friday 25/10/13 weighed in at 74kg, Friday 8/11/13 weighed in at 76kg lost weight but gained in muscle mass

According to this cheapo scale I've lost about six kilos, down to about 87-ish from 93-ish. My current goal is to get within the "healthy" bmi range, which the highest weight for my category is 83. Doin well, I reckon.

Eh I randomly fluctuate from around 50-55kg everyday, but lately been sitting firm at 54kg thats 4kg in two weeks but I hit a plato and find it hard to gain more

Try weighing yourself first thing in the morning before any food if you dont already, should help with the fluctuations. Or maybe your scales really are just shitty haha.

Im in Australia, we use metric measurements here too. 53.5kg is equal to 117.9lb/pounds or 8 stone 5.9lb/pounds.
