I'm still pumped up to workout at least one hour a day and eat clean too. So far so good! But sometimes i feel like i'm not losing weight.. Hahaha

Slowly because i hurt my left leg muscle at my full contact training
So i have to workout carefully and only the top of my body without weight
So i do push ups ... and i hate push ups ... 2 weeks to wait before trying to use my legs ...

Thats no good. At least u didnt break your leg tho cuz that wud 6 or more weeks!

Doing great, did a hardcore shoulder and upper body excersise yesterday and in so much pain today good pain  but I woke up dizzy this morning and I'm thinking its just lack of sleep or if I slept on my neck weird idn lol

Naw yeh u gotta love the post workout pain. Its one way to know your doing it right!

I lost 2% body fat since I made an honest attempt in adhering to a routine. Now that I found this I think some goals will be met sooner than anticipated
Just need to watch the diet a little closer...
