How is everyone going?
Slowly because i hurt my left leg muscle at my full contact training
So i have to workout carefully and only the top of my body without weight
So i do push ups ... and i hate push ups ... 2 weeks to wait before trying to use my legs ...
I lost 2% body fat since I made an honest attempt in adhering to a routine. Now that I found this I think some goals will be met sooner than anticipated
Just need to watch the diet a little closer...
