Hey I am starting learn how to parkour and wondering if anyone here does a lot of parkouring and could give me some tips?

Yeah I do some. Endurance is a key! So is leg strength and the confidence. Practice as well

I done parkour for 3 years, a key is position, balance, & having confidence. Also don't let pain and failing stop you.

I've done parkour for 4years I've broke a bone and happened to be the 14 best in California good luck
