I've done parkour for 4years I've broke a bone and happened to be the 14 best in California 😺good luck

I done parkour for 3 years, a key is position, balance, & having confidence. Also don't let pain and failing stop you.

Yeah I do some. Endurance is a key! So is leg strength and the confidence. Practice as well
