Just starting out
I am 156 pounds over weight i could use some advice on what to do at the gym to help me reach my goal weight. Any advice is welcome.
I agree with Jeremy that together is best but you also have to remember that you can't make him do anything and you can't do it for him. All you can do is encourage him and try to guide him. But as far as workouts go I would suggest high intensity low weight high rep lifting (because more muscle means high metabolism which means more fat being burned) also cardio is important as well as diet.
I think when he gets home i will have him join the community because i think all the support will really help.
