How often do you work out?

Hey guys! How often do u work out and for how long? How often would u say is "normal"?

Everyday only off sunday.... 2 hrs

5 days a week with a minimum of 1 hour for a session. Then I blow it all on the weekends with senseless calories lol... just kidding.

Whenever i think of how i could look better..  Once a day, but if im sick from chemo i dont for like 5 days

I workout everyday, for about 2 hours. Saturday and Sunday is my off days.

30 min a day 5-6 days a week and whatever else I can squeeze in throughout the day

5 day split for muscle build
leaving at least 72 hours for repair between each muscle group
so
sunday chest
monday back
tuesday legs
wednesday rest
thursday shoulders press
friday traps and delts
satday rest

Every other day but I have more free time now so it'll be everyday with one rest day

Mostly every day. Sometimes 2 times 20 -25 min a day, sometimes once 40 min, or 1 hr. Yesterday I trained 6 min, and leter 8 min, and killed myself with pushups. No rules. Just like to train.

Everyday I cycle 8.8 miles I take weekends off. I do an extra 7 miles on Wednesday with 3 hrs Martial Arts training. I slot in core/abs and press ups & pull ups whenever I can.
