My body shakes while doing yoga ?
What could be the reason? Is this normal ?
Maybe your muscle need to rest
Sometimes yoga is not so easy

Your straining your muscles and putting them in positions they are not use to. Exhaustion and muscle fatigue are natural it happens to me pretty regularly. Try getting more rest staying hydrated and make sure your eating right and just push through it. TST!!! Today Shapes Tomorrow.
