My body shakes while doing yoga ?
What could be the reason? Is this normal ?

Hmm.. it can be a number of reasons. Maybe you have overworked the muscle to such an extent that it doesn't know how to go back to its original position, and therefore trembles. Or a nerve is firing, causing the muscles to shake. This happens all the time when I do yoga. When my muscles shake uncontrollably, I would assume it is a strong indicator that the yoga pose has been far too violent. Like when I find myself doing sets of the dolphin plank pose, the full boat pose, or the crane pose. Hope this helps!

I think it's perfectly normal. If I were you I would pace myself and allow myself to breathe consistently. My yoga instructor reminds me constantly that yoga is all about breathing.

Maybe your muscle need to rest
Sometimes yoga is not so easy
You can also drink more water maybe

Your straining your muscles and putting them in positions they are not use to. Exhaustion and muscle fatigue are natural it happens to me pretty regularly. Try getting more rest staying hydrated and make sure your eating right and just push through it. TST!!! Today Shapes Tomorrow.
