Finding the abs

Okay so i completed insanity and the change to my belly was great i can feel my abs even my obliques feel ok but they are still hidden by a few stubborn pounds that i can't seem to shift. My eating habits are pretty good (still have the odd slip-up though) and still exercising 4-5 times per week. Where am i going wrong?

I think you will have to burn more fat but for that you will have to make your biggest muscle working
Try this
Intense Legs
And do some cardio

Most of my workouts are high intensity cardio workouts as i still continue to use some of the insanity routines - i love them, i also like running and usually run around 4 miles then do a cardio abs routine. I have also started some of the workouts on here as well. Do i need even more cardio than that?

I think it's enough Make your biggest muscle (leg) working and it will be ok!

Herel i just completed intense legs and i loved it!! The muscle burn feels amazing thank you :) this is definitely one of my favourites
