Alright ladies. Losing weight and the boobs are taking a hit. Need to firm them up. What's the best way?

Cheast exercises will make them smaller, but firmer. Push-ups, planks (especially side planks), bench press, etc..

I'm ok in the quantity department. It's quality I need. Thank you. I just started exercises a couple of months ago.

Wear a good sports bra and work the planks baby!!

Definitely get measured and buy a decent sports bra. When being measured/fitted ask about styles, I was recommended a balcony as I'd lost weight from the top of my boobs.

My boobies shrunk a bit after losing weight. I think getting measured by a bra specialist would be of help?
