175 now but I wanna trim to 170 and add weight in muscle. So... 180
A ideal weight would be is when your in shape and toned for me it is 132 right now I m 138
Ideal weight isn't set in stone you just have to look at your body u could have muffin top at 140lbs or muscle up and b145 so have a ideal of what u want to look like and feel like and set up your training to match what u need
For me between 130 150 depending on my needs when I was racing motorcycles I needed lots of muscle I kept around 145 now I have bad knee and need more endurance for work so I'm 130 working my way to 135. I'm5'9" 56years old
I'm about 170 now and my ideal weight is 145-150
Would love to eventually work up to arround 240 pound. And keep the bodyfat at arround 12%. Will be some time till i manafe though.
