Ideal weight

What is everyones ideal weight? I'm trying to get to 145 or 150, little less 197 now

I want to get to 135-140. I useto be that till I had foot surgery twice then I gained 40 pounds from not walking and becoming a couch potato. So far I've lose 8 pounds

Sounds great...I've gained all mine since I graduated...luckily I'm pretty active. I just had my 2nd kid and only gained 9 lbs with him and he weighed 8#7oz so, I worked all day the day I went into labor:) so now that I have these two bundles maybe can get bk down to my high school weight

You shouldn't always take goals by weight since the more trainimg you do the more muscle you grow.. now the thing is that muscle weighs a lot more than fat does... measure your wellness or maybe go by body fat %.. being fit is a thing so many people want or need.. but the most important part is overall wellness.. physical activity and nutrition... hard work pays off and reaching your goals pay off way better... keep it up..

175 now but I wanna trim to 170 and add weight in muscle.  So... 180

A ideal weight would be is when your in shape and toned for me it is 132 right now I m 138

Ideal weight isn't set in stone you just have to look at your body u could have muffin top at 140lbs or muscle up and b145 so have a ideal of what u want to look like and feel like and set up your training to match what u need

For me between 130 150 depending on my needs when I was racing motorcycles I needed lots of muscle I kept around 145 now I have bad knee and need more endurance for work so I'm 130 working my way to 135. I'm5'9" 56years old

Would love to eventually work up to arround 240 pound. And keep the bodyfat at arround 12%. Will be some time till i manafe though.

8 stone- need to lose 5lb to get to this, but I am finding this such a challenge and my weight fluctuates so much

My ideal weight is 125- 130, but still have a little ways to go, working on losing about 25 lbs.
