What are all your goals and how have you gone so far?
My goal is to get toned and maintain or gain a little muscle weight.
I have dropped to 53kg and am almost scooping to 52kg I want to be at the healthy level for my BMI which is 55kg. So I am hoping to gain a bit of muscle mass.
My plan is to do workouts at least 4-5 times a week or more and I also want to improve my diet. :) I just got a job as a coffee shop waitress and am on my feet all day so I feel very active. I definitely have to eat better to keep my energy levels up :)
