What are all your goals and how have you gone so far?

My goal is to get toned and maintain or gain a little muscle weight.

I have dropped to 53kg and am almost scooping to 52kg I want to be at the healthy level for my BMI which is 55kg. So I am hoping to gain a bit of muscle mass.

My plan is to do workouts at least 4-5 times a week or more and I also want to improve my diet. :) I just got a job as a coffee shop waitress and am on my feet all day so I feel very active. I definitely have to eat better to keep my energy levels up :)

So far I'm doing good. Last I checked I'm on track and lost close to 5lbs and I trimmed up. I want to keep trimming up and add muscle weight as well

Awesome goals. Stay focused make time for workouts no matter what. Stay away from the sweet coffees. Good luck... Dropped 12 lbs in 1 week so far. Slimming down and getting my tone back.... On point.

What king of food were you eating?

Aww thats nice guys :) um I havnt been eating much at all lately :( no appetite. Im gonna work on it tho
