Workouts to BUILD muscle and NOT burn it or loose too much fat? Thanks x

Stick to weighttraining their are some routines in here tht r good...such as th body beast series...body weight exercises such as push-ups and pull-ups build muscle to build ur own routines around these exercises if th routine was a meal these wud b the meat on th plate ..sqauts for legs..bench press for chest barbell curl for biceps skull crushers for triceps military press for shoulders add other exercises to ur routine with these being th center of it
