I've ate too much Thanksgiving. Turkey,ham,greens &dressing foe 3days. Lunch &dinner. Including cakes for 2days. I haven't worked out since thanksgiving morning due to working 12hours. This move is so not me. Need help on preventing this from happening again-i don't like the feeling. I now have a little pudge:/
You look fantastic. Nothing wrong woth a cheat meal here and there. Hit it hard tomorrow!
I'm in the same boat.. Haven't worked out since Thanksgiving morning and feel like crap! Just find your motivation, know that if you start working out today you will feel amazing again tomorrow :)
Help with what? So you have a life outside of working out, that's what being an adult is all about - take care of your responsibilities and get back to working out when you have time - it's not that serious sweetheart
Drink some green tea a few times today and eat light. Do some yoga or stretching to get your mind focused again and start again tomorrow with.your work outs
If you excersise alot like five days a week you are suppose to eat a lot tp maintain muscle mass look at terry. Crew big man how much carloius do u think he has (5000-8000 a day)
