Need help loosing these last ten pounds I do a hour to a hour and half of cardio and I lift weights my lower body is my problem area

Well I do high intensity I think. I'm using ankle weights hAnd weights I enjoy taebo and currently a new jillian micheals DVD I need a good routine so I dnt never platue any ideas
