Advice to get threw these holidays...
Anyone? Also it's so damn cold I'm having a hard time with motivation.
Do you prefer your workouts outside? If it's too cold then look into HIIT circuits. Motivation is hard sometimes but it's all a mental game. Youtube may have some great motivational clips to watch. Also, what are you goals? Do you have anyone to keep you in check? Use those when the days get really hard during the holidays.
