To be honest i do it. It gives me a lot of energy during the workout..
Way too acidic for my stomach before a workout. I drink a pre-workout with plenty of caffeine.
Maybe before strength training... I drank caffeine before some cardio once and did NOT like my heart rate...but then again I'm more sensitive to caffeine than most people, too.
I did in the past. But now I'm training at home and my coffee machine broke. I have only one who set expensive coffee ;-)
