Who else would have a coffee before workout ?

To be honest i do it. It gives me a lot of energy during the workout..

I have a coffee before i workout it always gives me that little bit of an extra boost :)

Way too acidic for my stomach before a workout. I drink a pre-workout with plenty of caffeine.

Coffee after workout to keep me alert

After workout you should provide food for ur body, lots of proteins, carbs & good fats. Because they need to recover after the workout. The meal after the workout is one of the most important. ( after 2-3 hours). Id never give coffee to my body after workout. :)

Maybe before strength training... I drank caffeine before some cardio once and did NOT like my heart rate...but then again I'm more sensitive to caffeine than most people, too.

I did in the past. But now I'm training at home and my coffee machine broke. I have only one who set expensive coffee ;-)
