Really want to get rid of my tummy. Not that big but want it to be flat. Want to tone my butt and thighs too. Any preferred workouts to get this done asap?
To lose a tummy you have to get your metabolism to work fast by eating right. Diet is very important make each meal you have count, eat healthy and balance out the fat food you eat, not to much but not a little(because your body needs some fat)... Stay away from sugar, sugar is the main resonance why your tummy starts to get big. Stay active; play sports, to keep a healthy body. "Nothing is impossible with a little effort".
