300 meter sprint

This is my first year doing track and I need tips on how to get faster and get better at the 300. And what is a good time for a 9th grade girl who is just beginning and btw I've only been doing it for about 2 weeks

Do wall sits.. jumping squats and a lot of sprints.. try a 300 sprint every other day and time yourself...

In this app.. you can do holiday hops... its pretty good.. but for me I would stay in track do like 100 sprints jog it back do some cardio rest a bit and do another 100 sprint go up the bleachers and down.. etc.. just give it a mix with running... do you know what latters are..
