I need motivation/help toning ! (:
I've lost 50+ pounds. My weight now ranges from 112-115. I'm 5'1. I'm trying to tone up now and really would like motivation/help/support. I'm only 17 and its a huge accomplishment i've made so far. I'm really trying to tone up my body as well as work on my abdominal area. I drink water all the time, i eat clean for the most part, i have a few slip ups every now and then. I probably need more protein in my diet.. So, if anyone is willing to help me, that'd be great. If you have any exercises, or protein drinks or anything, feel free to tell me. I'd appreciate it.
