Back and shoulders...pull ups inverted rows shrugs with different variations and training methods also side laterals and rear delt work farmer's walks and i cud go on and on and on

My whole upper body. Use to I just like to workout didn't matter what area but sense the wreck I haven't been ad thrilled about lower body workouts even though I know they're important.
