Since i was between th ages of 11-13 I'm now 34
Since i was 16 i ran track and cross country and just workout to stay in shape
Since I was a kid.... I used to beat most the boys at arm wrestling...lol... I was very athletic growing up. I remember doing my moms workout videos from the 80s and 90s, like buns of steel!
Ever since I was in elementary school, but I took it serious since August.
I started in June, when my dad told me that i put weigth on and told me that i'm fat! That really changed my life and my eating habbits! Swimming for 11years now, biking for 9 years and doing other stuff since June!
It has been about 3 months now and I already reached my goal.
Since Oct11 in skimble. On and off for some time before that
Lets see I guess 2-3years got super competetive and serious for the past year :)
About a year of on and off kickboxing. Got back on track a week a go and am now way better than before. This is so exciting because I'm finally seeing results after realizing how important diet is hehe
4 years straight slacked for about a year and a half just got back into it last month :)
It has been 1 month for me and I won't stop now
Been doing weight training and actually trying to change my body for only about 7 months (can't wait until I'm further along) been training as an athlete all my life
1 year and 4 months at the gym but I had to quit like a month because I was studying for the finals. But before I did soccer (until I injured my shoulder) and other activities.
Since i was 8 i had my up and downs injuries but im still striving to be the best fitness i can be all around athlete
2-3 years on and off
2 years. I started my weight loss journey back in fall 2012. The start of my freshmen year. Its been one hell of a ride.
