Muscles hurt

My muscle hurt from working out 2days ago what should i do still workout or rest ?

Drink a lot of liquids .. and eat a lot of bananas :))

If ur lower body is hurting no big deal lots u can do...work ur core or ur upper body lots of choices id pick either core or upper body tht way i can continously b working somthing and rarely hav to worry bout it by th time u complete a day of core work and a day of upper body ur legs will b ready to go

Do u mean ur sore?? If so tht is called doms delayed onset muscle soreness if u r still sore ur body needs to rest and recover there r supplements to speed up recovery times such as bcaas esp l-glutamine...pain will destroy gains...can cause overtrainig and lead to injury which will delay ur progress i suggest body splits if ur upper body is sore work lower body workout wat isn't sore if ur sore frm head to toe focus all ur energy on ur nutrition for th day go for a walk etc...

Yea ur body does tend to adapt...until u put it again through somthing its not use to thn it will b sore again....ths is actually th basic concept behind muscle growth

If a certain muscle group hurts, don't work it. Your body can indicate when you are ready for more. You just have to learn the signs. If you can't give 110%, don't work those muscles. Do something else
