What work outs are you going to do?

I did legs tuedays-i killer myself Lol. I'm hurting. So I'm debating on going light or do the same routine from Tuesday(135lb squats,250lb leg press,step ups with 60lb dumbellss,hdeadlifts,etc) what would u do? Question-->Same routine or take it easy today? I'm hurting like I said lol

Lunging 60lbs side lunges squats leg curling 200lb and leg pressing 420lbs trying to be able to leg press 500lb by next month

Me! 250-300 spurts,3 each time to 20 calf raises, wall sits 50s-1m. Some lunges.

I did yesterday and am still sore. Pistols, one-legged calf raises, and squats. All just at body weight (which is why I do the pistols, full weight on one leg)
