Good Morning people, what's your best advice for keeping trim over xmas?

Girl dont worry christmas is only 1 time a year. U have several months 2 workout.

Avoid the junk as much as possible and keep exercising.

It will be hard.
Very hard.
Avoid sweets at office parties, friends's homes, ect. as much as possible, and keep to your workout routine. As for the two holidays themselves, it is fine to eat more than your comfortable with. Their HOLIDAYS, after all, and one Christmas dinner and a few New Year drinks will not ruin all of your hard work.  
Just focus on being sensible, and making the best choices possible.
