15! Ok, so I'm trying to be healthier and my family really doesn't care and I just can't refuse the junk food in the house... I've asked mom to stop buying it but she won't. Plus, I have VERY little space to work out..... help!

I kind of have the same problem, my family loves junk food and jokes about me when I refuse to eat it.I just ignore the junk food and I work out in my front yard with my phone watching workout videos. If that helps :/ it's not that hard avoiding junk food just think about how great you'll look if you don't eat it.

Hi, i'm 17. I do kickboxing thrice a week, and jog 6 kilometers  on saturdays and sundays. I sorta have the same issue, my family eats a lot of junl food and sometimes i hVe no choice but to eat.
