U hav great peak on ur biceps...may I ask what ur bicep training is?

Thank you.. I do several different exercises light lot reps 1 week then heavy 12-15 rep the following week moderate concentration curls every week to burn out the muscle...

I hav very high muscular endurance I dnt say tht bragging or boasting...its very hard for me now to burn out th muscle...but I sure dnt want to train my arms only for two hours...I was wondering if u had any ideas? So far only thing tht truly burns thm up is swinging a sledge hammer....What ever ur doing is working so keep up th good work :-)
