What is your best kind of motivation to keep you going to reach your goal?
Small victories that include muscle definition & better performance. I saw gladiators and said "I want that look and feeling"
Awesome, if you ever seen Spartacus, that's my goal I hope in 3 months I can get there.
Always have realistic objectibes, you can't think that you will become a fitness model in the first year, with realistics objectives, you will feel that you are Always winning
Motivation: God,two sons,fallen soldiers who lost their lives..and those who can't workout..I'm blessed that I have my health, very grateful that I came back after my service..and when I think I can't go anymore,or to tired or sick to work out..motivation kicks in overdrive and I work harder for them.God bless
