long term goal --- toss 300 pounds like it's nothing short term goals --- Handstand to Scorpion, no pop(done)

You'll find once you reach your goals (and you will) you'll just set higher ones and keep going. Fitness becomes lifestyle.

To increase th number of pushups and pullupsĀ  I can do consecutively long term 500 pushups And 100 pullups consecutively
