I need some tasty, health lunch and dinner ideas any suggestions?
Im a vegan so NO meat please

Hi you..i would say 2 organic rice cake and tomatoe soup and apples or pears for lunch. Dinner brown rice with steamed veggies and any portion of fruit as well..

If you take milk, i will suggest a smoothie of skimmed milk with pineapple for a healthly snack.

Beetroot soup and boiled Bengal gram and green gram with chopped onions,tomato,beetroot,carrots and cabbage with little bit of salt and vinegar as per taste,healthy diet
