Running reduces stress AND muscle tension. Not only do you mentally feel good, physically feel good. Lace up those running shoes!

Long distance running releases more endorphins than anyother exercise, thats why it becomes addictive. Nothing better than being alone with your thoughts whilst pounding the ground :-) merry Xmas.
