What is your motivation to get healthy?

Do you listen to music while working out?, if so, what kind of music gets you movin....

My motivation is just being ready to improve then when I see the good results I get even more motivated. I listen to music and I like something thats up beat to ge get me pumped up.

I do martial arts so it's pretty intense. The painful workouts gives my results fast. It really motivates me as I get better self confidence. I prefer listen to music, mostly dubstep and electro. These genres really fit my intense training :)

Usually epic music like old folklore and what not. Just look up epic music on YouTube or something. I do combat sports btw so I'm not sure if it would work for you but you should definitely try it.

Winning is my motivation I'm a nationally noticed athlete in track and cross country so its good to just thimk about something that makes you wanna go harder
