Hi guys! I have a question? Coz im having my muscle pain in my arms,its this normal? I have only 30 mins.to go work-out,because I have a baby,any suggestion? Thanks and have a nice day!

Just to clarify, are you having muscle pain from yoga?

Well anyways, if you are doing anything where you are supporting you weight with your arms, then yes it will hurt a bit. Downward dog and planks make my upper arms/shoulders hurt. This is why they say yoga tones muscles :) it's not just stretching. As your arms get stronger you will be able to do a whole bunch of fun and cool looking things I love yoga

Ask your doctor.  It depends on how long since the procedure.  A little soreness is normal,  but severe pain is not normal.
