Hey fitness family, just got back home after a 2 week holiday to dubai. Didn't get a single work out in that time. Ate a lot! Now feeling like crap. Need to pull self together and start again. How were your holidays? Any people in the same boat as me?

I hadn't worked out for 3 months and I gained around 20 lbs, I have been feeling lazy the past days but I'm good. Starting workout routine today wish me luck and I hope you reach your goals my friend good luck to you too.

Well the holiday was great, but I got my workouts in. Doing the holiday you eat a lot. So why not build some sweat sweat muscle in the proces :D

I've been doing okay. I've been doing yoga workouts here and there. Yesterday was major indulging day lol even my myfitnesspal app was like what?? Lol
