Back to basics
I've been off this app for a while and of course, haven't been exercising for well over a month. I feel as if my knees are fully healed, so I can get going again. Being in winter doesn't make it easier to start either. But I've gotta start somewhere right? So I've decided to get back to the basics. Starting with beginners program on here and keeping track of sugar intake on myfitnesspal. I also plan on doing the 10 miles a week challenge on here. I rather start the new year getting healthy than sitting on a couch. Anyone else starting over again? If so, what are your goals? What is your motivation?
