So, I have a question for anyone who has an idea... I work in a nursing home as a cna and for 7 hrs of my shift I am walking or standing. I know in some way this is a workout but I'm trying to figure out how to calculate this and add it to my workouts in my fitness pal.
I wore my watch and heart rate monitor to work one day and let it run until I got off...it said I burned 1478 in that shift. Should I add that to my daily workout or do I not count that as a workout?
